Every person has a unique musical journey, and this journey begins with a simple question: What is the music that you love?  We then explore how music theory, improvisation, ear training, music reading, and technique development can help us play the music we love and become the musician we aspire to be.  Information is powerful when it is applied to music that inspires us.

Learning an instrument is very similar to learning a language.  Through our exposure to many songs, we develop an understanding of the patterns, syntax, and traditions of the musical language we are studying.  With time this knowledge transforms into a beautifully personal and intuitive expression of the musical-self.

Every person who loves music is already a musician.  Learning an instrument allows us to express that musicianship and share music with others.
